BEN BOST - City Lead
Ben serves as the City Lead for SEARCH Phoenix and is one of the primary architects for The SEARCH. He is passionate about creativity and loves music. Also, he enjoys thinking outside the box when it comes to experiencing life and his faith. Prior to SEARCH, Ben was a professional athlete and continues to find a place in the world of athletics as a mentor to world class competitors in various sports. He did his undergraduate studies in religion and history at UCLA and Baylor University and holds a MA in Biblical Leadership from Phoenix Seminary. Ben lives in Central Phoenix with his wife Carrie, three kids and the micro dog Miss Maisy.
Trent grew up in Detroit, Michigan, and currently lives in Scottsdale. He earned a BA in Social Science with three minors (geography, economics, and international studies) from Michigan State University, and an MS in Industrial Relations from The University of Wisconsin at Madison. He has been involved with SEARCH for 13 years, where he has taught men, women, and students. He and his wife Barb (his “better half”) have two daughters. He enjoys playing golf, hanging out with his family, watching all kinds of sports, watching his girls participate in sports, listening to classical music (especially going to the symphony).
Marc has 15 years of experience serving students in the Valley as a staff member of two large churches. He also has a background in retail and sales having worked for POLO RALPH LAUREN in both Scottsdale, AZ and La Jolla, CA. Marc grew up in North Scottsdale and brings a passion to the SEARCH Phoenix team for the transformation of lives in his hometown. He has studied at Arizona Christian University and lives in Scottsdale with his wife Tammy and three children.
